The Victorian Government is actively supporting the development of community renewable energy projects.
The "Guide to Community-Owned Renewable Energy for Victorians" has been developed as a resource for community groups who are new to community energy, as well as those who are already part way down the path of establishing a project. The Guide consolidates existing knowledge and resources and provides links to further information, resources and assistance.
You are invited to attend one of nine Community Renewable Energy Workshops being delivered by the Department of Economic Development, Jobs Transport and Resources. The workshops will be facilitated by four members of the Coalition for Community Energy - Embark, Moreland Energy Foundation, the Alternative Technology Association and the Community Power Agency.
